Passed away peacefully on April 9, 2021 in his 98^th year. Devoted son of the late Sarah and Jacob Gordon and brother and brother-in-law of the late Dina and Aaron Malkin. Beloved uncle of Mark and Joy Malkin, and David and Karen (Ceifets) Malkin and great-uncle of Alexandra, Ethan and Adam Malkin. Always independent and selfless, he was a veteran of the Royal Canadian Airforce, scientist at the experimental farms of the National Research Council, long-time member of Beth Shalom congregation, and well-versed on everything from sports to chess to the opera. His memory was sharp until the end – never forgetting a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion. We will miss you Uncle Davey.
