The family announces with great sorrow his passing on Monday, March 16, 2020 at the age of 56. He will be dearly missed by his spouse Sharon Scharf. Beloved father of Shaun, Shannon (Matt), Christopher, and Stephanie. Cherished grandfather to Kasia. Guy leaves in sorrow his parents: Jean-Paul Varin and Beatrice (née Valiquette) as well as his siblings : Gilles, Michael, Joanne and Roy. His family and best friend, Sebastien, will cherish the memories they have of him.

Family and friends will be invited for a Memorial Service in Guy’s honour at a later date.
