It is with great sadness that we announce Fay passed away peacefully on March 29^th, 2018 at the age of 83.  Gone to be with her loving husband Robert Carl Smith.  Cherished mother of Kimberly (Michel Beauchemin) and Heather Dawn.  Loving grandmother to Jason (Sheila), James (Monique), Caitlin, Aneka and Wesley James and great-grandmother to Claira and Asher.  The family would like to thank Dr. Enright and the staff at the Ottawa General Hospital for all of their compassion and care.  A special thank you to all of Fay’s friends at the Elmsmere Villa.  Friends and family may attend a visitation at First Memorial Funeral Services – Fairview Chapel (259 St. Patrick St. Ottawa, ON) on Friday, April 6^th from 7 – 9pm.  A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, April 9^th at the Community Pentecostal Church (1825 St. Joseph Blvd, Orleans, ON) at 11am with a reception following in the church hall.  Interment at Beechwood cemetery will be held at a later date.
