It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dearest Raymond after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer.

Ray was a beloved husband to his wife Darlene, devoted father to Dominique (Robin) and Mathieu, as well as step-father to Joshua (Sarah) and Zachary. He was a treasured brother to Muriel, Richard (deceased), Gisele (Claude), Jocelyn (Bob), Louise (William), Ron (Ann), Angele (Ken) and cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.

He will be fondly remembered for his caring nature, hospitality and infectious laugh. Ray loved his truck, garage sales, flea markets and his extensive die-cast car collection. The void left by his passing will be deeply felt and his spirit will surely live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Ottawa General Hospital Medical Day Care nurses and to all the staff who provided his care over the years.

A Celebration of Life will be announced privately.
