It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Robert Erle Milks on July 24^th, 2023, at age 69 (3 days short of his 70^th) at the Montfort Hospital with his loving wife by his side.

Beloved husband of Sylvie (Leduc) Milks, daughter Crystal (Milks) Fowler (husband Brian), his son Robert Beland (wife Kim) and loving grandfather of Emmett & Tristen and predeceased by his father Robert D. Milks and survived by his mother Vivienne Milks, brother, sisters, aunts, uncles and will sadly be missed by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Over the years Bob spent many happy hours playing pool especially with his best friend Rick Blanchet and others. Robert will fondly be remembered for his caring nature to the wildlife near his home who he fed peanuts to every day.

A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, September 2nd at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish – 400 St. Laurent Blvd in Ottawa at 10am.

In memory of Robert, memorial donations can be made to the Dementia and Parkinson’s society and the Heart Institute.
