It is with great sadness that the family of Gail Burns announces her passing on Thursday December 25, 2025 at the age of 84. Gail was the beloved wife of the late Kevin Burns and a devoted mother to her two sons, Martin (Amanda) and Gary (Margaret). She was a cherished grandmother to Ashley (Cameron), Cassandra, and Hannah Burns; great-grandmother to Easton and Logan MacLaren; and a loving godmother to Amanda Burns. Gail is predeceased by her parents Martin Burke and Annie McAndrew, and daughter Linda Burns. 

 

Family and friends will be received at 10am at St. Columban Mission in Quinnville, Quebec on Saturday January 3, 2026 followed by a mass in memory of Gail at 11am. If you wish to honour Gail’s memory, please consider a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, or to a charity of your choice.
