Fredrick Robert Hobbs, July 18, 1922 to June 10, 2024, predeceased by wife, Maude Helen Hobbs, survived by children, Shirley O’Mara (Jonathan), Nancy Stevens (Rob deceased), Ronald Hobbs (Donna), Carol Perrins (Rob), Grandchildren, Kathleen and Sean O’Mara (Cathy), Megan and Colin Stevens, Clint Steele (Katie), Bryan (Kseniya) and Jason Perrins, Great grandchildren, Nathan, James and Kristen O’Mara, Tucker and Grayson Steele. Served with RCAF as a Lancaster pilot 1941 to 1945. Bell Canada employee 1946 to 1982. Fred will be fondly remembered for his love of family and his enthusiastic involvement with members of his community. The Hobbs family is deeply grateful and appreciative of the care Fred received during his time living at Perley Health. As per Fredrick’s wishes, there will be a private family gathering at a later date.
