Jane Ebata (Kawai) passed away peacefully on April 19^th at the age of 94.  Beloved wife of the late Toyo Ebata, sister to Hannah and Jennie and pre-deceased by brother Ted.  Her memory will be cherished by her children Gerry (Della), Linda (Jim), Donna (Stan), Sharon (James) and Susan (Michael).  Jane is survived by her 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren who will miss her dearly.

Special thanks to Dr. R MacRae and the Ottawa Hospital Oncology team, Dr. A. Douglas and the 3^rd floor staff at the Ravines Retirement Residence for their care.

A celebration of Jane’s life will be held privately with immediate family as per Jane’s wishes.
