October 7, 1922 – September 6 2021, passed away peacefully at his home in Ottawa.
Stan was predeceased by his parents Frederick and Lillian, sister Mary, sons Leigh and Randy, and grandson Ronnie.
He is survived by son Robert (Charlotte), grandchildren Jennifer, Sarah, Jeff and Krista, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Stan’s loves were his cats, reading, photography and especially listening to his music – particularly classical.
Special thanks to Stan’s Angel “Irene”, and his whole team of caregivers/friends, including Jackie, Grace, Sylvie, Marie Jose, Hector, Gracinda, Carina, Funke, Fatima and Waheed.
There will be a graveside service held at Hope Memorial, Wednesday 15 September 2021 at 1PM.
Request that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the charity of your choice.
