Patricia Lynn Monforton (Wood) passed away at the May Court Hospice in Ottawa on September 17 ^th, 2018.  Beloved wife of Paul H. Monforton, the love of her life since October 16 ^th, 1982. Dear Mother of Emily L. Monforton. Cherished sister of: Douglas Wood (Carol Evans), Donald Wood (Sriwan), Heather Wood (late Steve Williams) and George Wood (Tracey). Daughter of Mildred Wood (late V. Norman Wood and Dorothea Melarkey). Also sadly missed by Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Family will receive relatives and friends at Parkway Road Pentecostal Church, 7275 Parkway Road, Greely, ON, K4P 1N5– On Friday, October 12^th, 2018. Family visitation at 1:00pm, friends from 2:00pm at the parish.
