Daughter of the late Irma and Gunther Kolonko, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Thursday, July 28 at the young age of REDACTED.

Ingrid grew up in Ottawa and never shied away from hard work. The people who were fortunate to be loved by her were loved fiercely and selflessly. She often took in her children’s friends when they had no place to go, and loved them like they were family.

Ingrid loved cold coffee, cheap cigarettes, hairspray, going on the Bimsy, and collecting napkins from various take-out restaurants. She was proud of the fact that she hadn’t bought a single roll of paper towel in years. She loved vacationing in Florida, going on cruises, and spending time with her grandchildren, running Oma’s Café.

Ingrid is survived by her four children: Kristina, Tyler (Jacki), Sunny (Jason) and Alex (Victoria), her loving siblings: Sigi, Gord, Fran, and Ingo; and her greatest source of pride, her grandchildren: Malikhai, Cyrus, April, Riley, Ryder, and Lyla; and her estranged lover, early 2000s Johnny Depp.

Mom, Mommy, Mumsy, Oma, Bim, Ingrid: You will be achingly missed, and we love you so much more than you ever knew.
