• CROWE, Douglas Frederick

 

Peacefully in his room at the Perley Rideau Veterans Health Centre on May 12, 2020 at the age of 95.  He was a WW II veteran and long serving officer with the RCAF and Canadian Forces.  He was pre-deceased by his wife Muriel Phillips Crowe (Scott) and daughter Linda Bath (Michael), sisters Marjorie, Kathleen and Jean and brother Kenneth.  He is survived by his son Wayne (Leonora), grandchildren Robert (Berit), David and Andrew (Heather) and great grandchildren Vasco, Olivia, Thomas, Courtney and Harriet as well as several nieces and nephews.  His ashes will be taken to Victoria, BC at a later date to be interred with his wife.  The family would like to thank the Perley Rideau Veterans Health Centre for their care and support over the past 13 months.
