Tassé, Lucien (Lou) – Peacefully surrounded by his family on April 17, 2018 at the Queensway Carleton Hospital at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Annette. Loving father of Francine (Michael), Edmay (Rosalyn), Chantal (Frank) and predeceased by son Daniel. Proud grandfather of Denis JR, Melisa, Jonathan, Daniel JR, Frederick, Edmay Jr, and Faith, also great-grandchildren: Alice, Madison, and Jacob. He leaves behind his sisters Christine, Mary, Rose and Pauline also Brother Norman, several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by siblings Fern, Edmay and Diane.  He loved the outdoors and fishing.  Thou not able to do much in the past few years you could always find him playing on his computer and watching television.  You could often hear him singing or whistling to his favorite old time country music.  An invitation to family, friends, and loved ones to gather for a Celebration of his life on Sunday, April 29th, 2018 from 11-1pm at First Memorial Funeral Services – Fairview Chapel (259 St. Patrick St. Ottawa, ON).  At his request, there will be no formal service. Guests are encouraged to share their favourite stories of Lou.  Interment will take place at a later date.
