Sheila Ann Cochrane

Our family is saddened to announce the passing of our mother Sheila Ann Cochrane, of Ottawa, Ontario, on June 13, 2024, at the Ottawa Hospital – Civic Campus. She was born on May 31, 1960, in Saint John, New Brunswick.

 

She will be greatly missed by her daughters Melissa, Lindsey, and Megan (Cody) and her son Christopher, as well as her grandchildren Zachary, Darci, Hailey, Lucas, Curtis, McKenzie, Ryane, and Carter, and her great-grandchildren Carter and Mason. She was predeceased by her daughter Miss Mollie (her beloved dog), her parents Frederick “Fred” and Margaret “Peggy” Cochrane, and siblings Brian “Mike”, Brenda, Terry and Robert “Bobby”. She is survived by her brothers Charles “Bo” (Pat), Douglas “Tiny”, and Dennis.

 

The family will be hosting a private celebration of life in the coming days.

    I was so saddened to hear of Sheila’s passing. Sheila worked with my family at Mama’s Pub in Fredericton for many years and she was like family. Her blunt but genuine good nature was something our customers could always count on and we all loved her for it!
