Unexpectedly at home, on Friday, December 22, 2017 at the age of 76 years. Loving daughter of the late Earnest Secord and the late Colombe Cayen,  predeceased by her brothers, Eddie, Reggie, Russell and Denis Secord and survived by Rolland Secord and her sister Alice Wroblewski. Beloved mother of Yvan Giroux, Carol Giroux, Richard Giroux, the late Monique Giroux, Adrien Giroux, Mona Giroux and André Corriveau. Dear grandmother of Renée, Andrée, Alexandra, Christine, Crystal, Sarah, Samantha and Dylan; great grandmother of Madison-Ray, Coralie, Landon and Quinn. She is survived by her former common law spouse Marcel Corriveau. The family will receive friends at Lafleur Funeral Home, 874 Notre Dame Street, Embrun, Ontario 613-443-3286 on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 2-5 pm. A Memorial Service and Burial will be held in the spring in Warren, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
