It is with great sadness that the family of Sean Paul Birk announce his passing. Sean will be sadly missed by his parents, Joe and Connie, sisters Cate (Jeff) and Cara (Jason), nephew Jayson, niece Jordyn and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

We want to thank Sean’s aunt and uncle Kim and Jeff for their constant loving support and visits with Sean over the years.

We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sonia, Jennifer, Shannon, Desi and Fatoumata who cared so greatly for Sean over the years. The family wants to thank the entire Sonshine staff (past and present) for the compassion they have shown to Sean. You are all forever in our hearts.

The family will have a celebration of life for Sean later this year. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sean’s name to the Ontario Federation of Cerebral Palsy.
