To Family and Friends – – my deepest condolences on the passing of Ray (Rejean). He was a dear friend of mine and we shared many, many times together at various NATO meetings for nearly 20 years. After retirement, I did have the joy of seeing him on a past fishing trip to Canada in June 2018, when we had dinner.

At our NATO meetings, Ray truly represented the best of Canada. Other national delegates respected his advice and efforts, as well as, cherished his wit, charm, and friendship.

I will miss Ray, but I will always have the fondest of memories for all the good times we shared.
