Passed away peacefully April 13th, 2017 at Caressant Care Bourget in her 74th year. Shirley joins her beloved husband Michael John Oliver, her son Robbie Oliver, great-grandson Robbie James Jr., parents Stanley and Ada Appleton and her siblings, Virginia Hall, Stanley Appleton and Barbara Appleton.  Shirley will be missed by her son Steven Oliver; and daughters Karla Armstong (Andy) and Deborah Crawford (Medrick). She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren; Lindsay, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Tabitha, Trevor, Ashley, Kodah, Riley, Michael, Emerson and Morgan as well as her great-grandchildren; Violet, Markus, and Jaxson. Shirley’s family wishes to thank the staff of Caressant Care Bourget for their compassion and kindness. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations in Shirley’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
