I couldn’t have said it better, bro.
I have very fond memories of my brother Richard. We grew up in a family of 5 brothers and surprisingly, we all got along extremely well. We looked after each other and we had many fun years together, both while living in Montreal and Ottawa. And for those that never experienced it, a ride in Richards’ van was an experience, white knuckles and all. And a brotherly night at the trailer reminiscing about many stories and who knows, a few white lies, was gut wrenching with laughter. My brother Richard was a special person. Special in the sense that he was unique. Tell it like it is but alway respectful of others. We loved him for that personality. He was a loving and supportive brother as well as a caring son to our mother. He was a wonderful husband to Edith and a great father to Melanie. I will miss him dearly as I know my brothers do. But we are thankful that he is now in peace and he will alway be remembered as that unique brother.
Thank you for your thoughts.
My condolences to Richard’s family and my thoughts are with you.
Thanks for your kind thoughts Cynthia.
Thank you for you kind thoughts Nancy. We, to, had a special place in our hearts for St. Giles and in particular you and your parents.
Deepest sympathies from St. Giles and me personally. We have very fond memories of Richard from all those years at the Ex. He was funny, warm hearted and dependable. Remember well him bringing you to the booth as a little girl, Melanie, and how proud he was of you. Fun times with you, David, and Richard.
My heart and my thoughts are with you Edith.
I will be there on the 24th.
Marie
