Alderic “Mamou” Girard – September 13, 1979 ~ July 12, 2018. “To love and be loved is everything”
The family announces with sorrow his passing on July 12, 2018 at the age of 38. Beloved spouse to Melissa Abbott, father to Christopher, Dylan, Aaliyah and Bella-Lise. Alderic is also survived by his parents : Réjean Girard and Lise Girard, his sister Sylvie Girard as well as his niece Emma Girard. He leaves behind many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. A small service will be held on Friday, July 20th 2018 at 10am at St. Albans church on king Edward Avenue, Ottawa.

Alderic you will be deeply missed by many. Alderic was a good person and I have good memories that I will never forget like going to wonderland and graduation. Our deepest condolences, too Melissa and his Children we did not no you’s yet in our conversations Alderick told me how proud he was to have been given the chance to be a father. I have many good memories of him and glad he was part of our lives as he was growing up. His smile was contagious. Lise and Boots our deepest sympathies, Craig was saddened by the news and says RIP Buddy.
