• Maria Morgan (née Allo)

Maria Morgan, beloved wife of Trevor Morgan and mother of Susan, Peter, and Aniko Fenyvesi, passed away peacefully in Ottawa, Ontario. Born in Iváncsa, Hungary, in 1943, she settled in Canada in 1965 and built a distinguished career as a technical draftsperson and illustrator, concluding her work with National Defence.

 

Devoted and strong, Maria placed her family at the heart of her life. Creative, elegant, and meticulous, she delighted in her home, her garden, and her cooking, carrying herself with style and a warm, captivating smile. Her love, generosity, and spirit touched all who were fortunate to know her.

 

Maria is also survived by her stepchildren, Shelley and Jason and grandaughter Grace.

 

Family and friends plan a Celebration of Life.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Ottawa Heart Institute in Maria Morgan’s name.
