Donna Armstrong, of Thornhill, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2026, at the age of 80. She will be forever missed by all who had the joy of knowing her.

Donna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Rick Armstrong. She is survived and will be deeply missed by her children, Mark (Jessie) and Russ (Jennifer); her cherished grandchildren, Joshua, Ben, Cameron, and Cooper, who brought her endless pride and happiness; her brother, Dave (Margo); and her loving partner, Gaylen.

Donna had a gift for finding joy in every day. She was always smiling, always laughing, and always ready with kindness for everyone she met. Her warmth touched the lives of family, friends, and strangers alike, and she had a way of making people feel truly seen and loved.

An avid golfer, she could often be found out on the fairways enjoying the game and the wonderful community at the Ladies’ Golf Club of Toronto. Donna also found great comfort and community through her church, where her faith was a steady source of strength and joy throughout her life.

A Celebration of Life will be held in September 2026.
